Tali Lennox for Karen Millen S/S 2012

Karen Millen's Spring Summer 2012 collection is bold, fresh and modern. Featuring lots of floral prints, pastels and all the S/S shades. But this is not the reason as to why I am looking at Karen Millen today...it is more to do with the model they have chosen for their campaign!

Tali Lennox is the face of Karen Millen's collection and if that name rings a bell to you it is because she is the daughter of 80s Rock and Roll musician Annie Lennox. So with model good looks and a rock star persona, Tali is bring a new edge to Karen Millen.

Here are some of the images from the campaign...Enjoy!

Friday: What I Am Wearing Weekly Round Up!

Hellooo my lovely fashionistas, HAPPY FRIDAY!!!

Here is my Friday: what I am wearing weekly round up, I don't have much to say this week tbh. I haven't been my best and it is probably showing in my sense of style *bad Miss H* but I have tried to bring you some new elements this week and next time I will have a lot more lovely things to show you.

I will let my pictures do the talking. I hope you enjoy and let me know what you think!!

Miss H xXx

Every once in a while when I cannot be bothered to have my hair down and I don't want to wear it in a typical ponytail, I do this 'up do' (As seen below). It takes all of 5 minutes and requires a lot of hair grips. I just section my hair the way I want it, twist it and clip it up...then hey presto...this is what it looks like! Also I have been trying to give my eyes a little rest once a week and going for the secretary look by wearing my glasses. I am thinking of getting more chic ones very soon!

My Asos Vintage Black and Gold Slouch Boots.

Picture on the left: Primark Grey Polo Neck Dress and Asos Buckle and Laces Knee High Boots. POTR: Primark Padded Belted Jacket in Blue. I have been looking for an affordable casual coat for the days that it is really cold and wet but didn't want to spend a fortune (I have more than enough jackets) when I found this beauty in Primark. As a lover of all things colourful this is the best one for me it is also super warm!!

POTL: Primark Blue Knitted Zip Back Jumper, Topshop Denim Skirt and Zara Brown and Black Riding Boots. POTR: Cath Kidston Cloth Shopper Bag (As stolen from my mum :) )....great for carrying my lunch in and can be folded into you bag when you are not using it. Amaze!

(Seen before) H&M Leopard Print Cardigan, Bershka Over Sized T shirt in Navy, (Not seen on before) My Violet Hunter Wellies with Primark Leopard Print Wellie Socks.

POTL: H&M Black Body Con Ruffle Sleeve Dress with Primark Calf Buckle Boots in Brown. POTR: Miss Selfridge Blue Tulip Coat and H&M Grey Floral Print Scarf.

POTL: Bershka Cropped Camel Knitted Jumper, Miss Selfridge Black (Shiny) Leggings and Brown Knee High Ugg Boots. POTR: I am obsessed with plaits in my hair and this is my answer for the days when I want to get my side fridge off my face.

A little bit of nail art for you! I am still experimenting with the Rimmel Cracked Nail Polish, this time I went dark with a brown coat underneath. It almost gave a Leopard/Cheetah print effect.

My Favourite Coat that I own: ASOS Full Skirted, Bow Belted Coat.

These next two pictures are new items to my wardrobe and were gifts <3 I love them! Miss Selfridge Ruffle Front Grey Heels.

Miss Selfridge Leopard Print Leather Satchel (They have both been featured in my I want blog specials).

Magazine Watch: Solange Knowles - Instyle's Feb Edition

The baby sister of Beyonce, singer, aspiring DJ, a Fashion Junkie and now a model for Next Model Management....Solange Knowles seems to be destined for great things. She has always flown under the radar in terms of her music, popping up every now and again to release an album. Plus you could always find her at fashion related events.

Solange is definitely known for her sense of style, that is why I was glad to see her in Feb's edition of Instyle magazine. With a great photo shoot and styling she looks great and a natural.

Here are some of the pictures from the spread...enjoy!

Topshop Premium Jewellery

I have realised that I do not blog about jewellery enough, this is because I am very minimalistic when it comes to wearing jewellery but it does not mean I do not like it. So that is all going to change this year! I will make a conscience effort to pay attention to and wear more jewellery.

So first off, as I was browsing the Topshop website I've notice that they now have a premium jewellery line. A little more 'up market' than their usual range and it is closer to costume jewellery than every day (costume jewellery will be very big this year btw!!).

Here are some of the pieces that caught my eye...Enjoy!

Cobra Spike Drop Earrings.
 Dome Ring (Love this one!).
Double Snake Necklace.

Long Chain Earrings.

 Mobile Sun Earrings.
 Plastic and Tigerseye Wristwear.
Rhinestone Tassel Necklace.

Better Late Than Never Right? Versace for H&M SS12 Cruise Collection

Ok so I maybe a little late when it comes to this post and showing you the Versace for H&M SS12 Cruise Collection. The collection went live last week on the website and there are already talks that the collection is sold out. So my apologies for bringing this to you late but it seems everyone wants to own a piece of Versace.

Personally I am not a big fan of the collection, it is overly bright, in your face and a little too quirky for me...which says a lot. I like colour and I like patterns but I honestly believe that if this collection didn't have the name Versace on it, then a lot of people wouldn't like it either.

However saying all of that there are a few key items that I believe work well and I also really like the men side of the collection. So as a one off I will be debuting men fashion on my post too! Here are the pictures....enjoy!!

Rihanna for Armani (Again)

As you my know Rihanna is still the face of Armani jeans and lingerie line and they have just realeased their new promo shots for this seasons campaign.

Rihanna looks as hot as ever and we all know she is not shy when it comes to flashing some flesh! I prefer these pictures to the last ones I blogged about, where Rihanna was sporting the short blond look. The dark, longer hair suits her and the black and white theme is very true to all Armani's ad campaigns, giving its a dark and gritty feel.

So here are a few of the pictures...Enjoy!
